WHAT IS ERASMUS STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
“Staff mobility for training enables academic and administrative staff of higher education institutions in Turkey awarded with an ECHE to undertake a learning/professional experience in a program country. Training mobility supports the professional development of higher education institution staff in the form various training activities including job shadowing, observation, workshops, practical training etc. Conference participation, on the other hand, is not supported within the scope of training mobility.” (National Agency Erasmus Mobility Handbook for Higher Education Institutions)Erasmus Staff Mobility for Training activities to be undertaken as part of Internship4all consortium is expected to contribute to Consortium objectives. ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FOR STAFF WITH DISABILITIES | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Participants with physical, mental or health-related conditions are provided with additional funding to cover their special needs costs, including expenses incurred by the accompanying person, travel costs etc. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

1. Application Form (Click here for the application form)2. A draft of Erasmus Staff Mobility Agreement for Training signed by the manager/superior of the applicant (Although the applicants are not required to obtain approval from the receiving institution/organisation during the first stage of the application process, the content of the agreement that requires approval is expected to be considerably the same as the draft in case the application is approved. Accordingly, applicants are strongly suggested to consult with the host institution/organisation about the content of the agreement.) (Click here for the Work Plan)
3. Letter of Acceptance (applications by email will be accepted at the first stage of application.) Applicants should submit the application documents in person, with signature, to the Consortium representatives for Partner Institutions, and they should fill out and sign a Document Submittal List. EVALUATION CRITERIA (ANNEX 5) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
All applications will be assessed and evaluated by the Consortium Placement Committee in accordance with the Consortium Administrative Board-approved evaluation criteria (click here for the criteria).For further information on previously visited host institutions/organisations and program countries, you can contact your Consortium Representative. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
HOST INSTITUTIONS/ORGANISATIONS | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Participants can carry out mobility activities at a higher education institution awarded with an ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) or a company. Host institutions/organisations may be companies, training centres, research centres and any other organisation that matches the definition of company/enterprise. For partner Universities, please contact your Consortium Representative. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
DURATION OF THE MOBILITY – ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES ABROAD | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Mobility activities are expected to be completed by September 30th, 2019.Mobility participants (staff) will receive grants allowing them to finance mobilities up to 4 days (including travel costs).
According to National Agency, activity period for staff mobility shall not be shorter than 2 consecutive business days (except travel hours) and not exceed 2 months. |

Staff mobility for training is a full-time activity. Funding will be provided for full-time training days. Accordingly, training details should be indicated with exact days in Erasmus Staff Mobility Agreement for Training. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
GRANT AMOUNTS | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Grants allocated to Internship4All Consortium are equally divided among partner higher education institutions. It is envisaged that a total of 2 members of Academic and/or Administrative staff will receive funding to take part in the mobility activity for 4 days.Staff members are allowed to undertake Erasmus activity by their own financial means. Applications submitted for participating in mobility activity without receiving any funding will also be subject to evaluation.
Pursuant to the table below issued by European Commission, program countries are sorted into 3 different groups according to cost of living index.
