How much will I receive?
Grant recipients shall be announced after all applications are evaluated.
Turkish National Agency sets the Erasmus grant rate for staff each year;
Grant payments shall be made in 2 instalments. You will receive the first instalment (80% of the total grant amount) before the mobility.

Who can apply?
All administrative and academic staff are legally employed by the Internship4all Consortium member universities.
How to apply?
You may submit your application to the Consortium representative of your University. For application procedures and calls for applications, please refer to the latest notices/announcements.
What is the application deadline?
The Consortium may launch several open calls for applications in the same academic year. For the current deadlines, please refer to the latest notices/announcements on calls for applications.
What are the documents I should submit when applying to the Erasmus+ Mobility Program?

What is the minimum mobility period for staff?
In accordance with the Turkish National Agency rules, the mobility period for staff can last from a minimum of 2 consecutive days (except for travel days) to a maximum of 2 months. With regard to the Staff Mobility for Teaching; if the Certificate of Attendance shows that the participant has carried out mobility activities for less than 2 days and/or taught fewer classes than s/he was required to (for any reason except due to a Force Majeure Event), the activity shall be deemed null and void, and no grant payment shall be made.
